This page is useful when we want to create a data archive or transfer data to another accountant. After selecting a year, here you can create sets of reports for a month, i.e. the system will create a ZIP archive in which reports will be generated for each month in the selected interval:

Here:
I. – the specified period;
II. – a list of references to the main desired report set;
III. – a list of references to the additional (less frequently used) desired report set;
IV. – options for forming the set.

For example, if you select the link ” Reports for the month in a common ZIP ” in step 4 , the system will generate all reports for all twelve months of 2024 in part 2 ” Reports for the month in ZIP format “. The ZIP file will consist of at least 120 separate PDF files, divided into directories.

Attention: For larger amounts of data, click only when absolutely necessary, as file generation may take longer.
